Introducing Living Faith’s New School Values: A Vision for the Future
At Living Faith, our values are at the heart of our identity as a school community. Since the school’s foundation, our original values have been a guiding light, shaped by the input of our founding students. However, as we continue to grow and evolve, we recognise the importance of refreshing these values to reflect who we are today and the aspirations of our community for the future.
Last year, we embarked on a collaborative journey to reimagine our school values. With the support of contemporary education guru Derek Bartels, students, staff and parents came together in workshops to explore what matters most to us as a school. Through this process, we gathered a rich collection of words that captured the essence of our shared identity and vision for Living Faith. From this, we co-created six new values, each represented by a short and memorable phrase. These phrases were deliberately crafted with research in mind, as studies show that concise, impactful sayings are easier to remember and serve as powerful guides in key moments - much like timeless expressions that have inspired generations throughout history.

Encouraging creativity, courage, innovation, problem solving and bold thinking to shape the future.
These values embody who we are and who we aspire to be - a community that grows together, leads with love and dares to dream boldly.
